CLD Consulting LLC (“CLD,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you purchase, download, install, register with, access, or use Storhous (including all related documentation, the “App”) or www.storhous.net and any subdomains thereof (including any content, functionality, and services offered thereunder, the “Website”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. By purchasing, downloading, installing, registering with, accessing or using the App or Website, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone or other device. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. Web Beacons. Pages of the App, Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

How We Share Your Information
CLD does not sell, rent or lease your information to third parties. However, we may share your information, including each category of your personal information, with trusted partners, service providers, affiliates, and other third parties to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or fulfill transactions. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to CLD, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We may share aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
Choices About How We Use and Share Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
Tracking Technologies. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the App may then be inaccessible or not function properly.
Location Information. You can choose whether or not to allow the App or Website to collect and use real-time information about your device’s location through the device’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, some parts of the App or Website may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Promotional Offers from CLD. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own or our affiliate’s or third parties’ products or services, you can opt-out by contacting us using the information set forth under “Contact Information” below. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may opt-out of such communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe button in the email.
Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising and Marketing. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt-out by sending us a message using the information set forth under “Contact Information” below.
How We Retain Your Information
CLD will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information; Data Portability
Accessing, Correcting and Deleting Your Information:
You may send us an email at support@storhous.net to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will provide you access to, correct, or delete your personal information from our records. Note that we may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:
Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
Comply with applicable law;
Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
Additionally, we may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
Data Portability:
You may send us an email at support@storhous.net to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:
The categories of personal information we collected about you;
The categories of sources for the personal information we collected about you;
Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information;
The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information;
If we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, a list identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained; and
The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.
Data Security
CLD has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the App or Website cannot be guaranteed. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.
You may also transmit or transfer data to, from, or through the App or Website. All data is transmitted and transferred at your own risk. No security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot and do not guarantee that your data will not be viewed or accessed by unauthorized persons.
Children Under the Age of 18
Our App and Website are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this App, the Website, or through any of their features, register on the App or Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the App or the Website, or provide any information about yourself to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our App and Website, or by updating any privacy information on this page. Your continued use of the App or Website or services available through the App or Website after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
